omg,my muscle are all ache-ing like WTH.i even have blisters now.

well,did the most pumping in my life ,ever,yesterday.
But it's a way to train my stamina.Fall out whn after running 1 and a half rnd.I weak right?lols.
Went out at around 8am today.then came back at 7 plus..
Very tired can.
